Description
In 1998, the newly founded animation studio, DreamWorks Animation decided to work on an animated musical drama focusing on the story of Moses from the Bible and the enslavement of the Hebrew people in Egypt.
At the suggestion of the great composer Hans Zimmer, Ofra Haza got to sing the opening theme of the movie "Deliver Us". Everyone in the studio was so fascinated by her beauty that the animators redrew Moses' mother, Yocheved, to be the likeness of Ofra.
