In this episode, Helen (who you would have met in the Success 12 Stories and Awakening episodes), interviews me about my book Behind the Cosmic Dancer—from the dance of Shiva to the subtle forces that shape our lives. We talk about how the void—also known as the absolute—exists in the space between opposites, at zero. And how that same zero can be found in the body, in our relationships, and in nature itself.

While my approach has often been about creating harmony with the world around me, Helen brings another perspective. Since recording this, we’ve had further conversations on this very point, and I can feel that what she’s shared is the very the next step for me too. But that’s a thread we’ll follow in another episode, in a couple of weeks.
